These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ezeph platform, including all games, payment services, promotions, and support features available at ezeph.org. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any wagers.
The ezeph Terms and Conditions address six main areas. Each section below is covered in full in the legal text that follows.
You must be 21 years old or older and physically located in an eligible jurisdiction. Each player may hold only one ezeph account. Full identity verification is required for withdrawals.
All transactions at ezeph are denominated in Philippine Peso. GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are supported. Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus abuse or collusion results in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account closure.
ezeph provides deposit limits, session timers, self-exclusion, and cooling-off tools. All players are subject to the 21+ age restriction without exception.
Games are provided by certified third-party providers using audited RNG systems. In the event of a technical malfunction, all affected game rounds are voided and stakes returned.
These Terms are governed by applicable Philippine law. Disputes are subject to ezeph's internal complaints process before formal escalation to the relevant regulatory authority.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ezeph ("ezeph," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ezeph.org and its associated subdomains and applications (the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety, together with the ezeph Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
These Terms are available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any translated version, the English text shall prevail. ezeph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 14 of this document.

Access to and use of the ezeph Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:
Age Verification. ezeph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all gameplay will be declared void, and any remaining balance will be returned to the depositing payment method after deducting any bonuses received.
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Providing false information in connection with eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
To access real-money gaming features on the ezeph Platform, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) ezeph account. Opening, operating, or using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, ezeph reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any gameplay conducted across those accounts, and permanently bar the individual from the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ezeph login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ezeph will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified ezeph of unauthorised access via the live chat support function.
Full withdrawal access at ezeph requires successful completion of identity verification (KYC). You may be required to submit copies of one or more of the following Philippine government-issued documents:
ezeph may also request proof of address and, in certain circumstances, source-of-funds documentation. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified in any verification request notice may result in withdrawal suspension and, ultimately, account restriction.
All funds held in your ezeph account are denominated and processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion is applied. The following terms govern financial transactions on the Platform.
Deposits may be made via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Internet Banking, Metrobank Online, and UnionBank, subject to availability. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are credited to your ezeph balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. ezeph does not charge processing fees on standard Philippine payment method deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, including accounts belonging to family members, are prohibited and may result in withdrawal suspension pending verification.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Where this is not possible, withdrawals will be processed to an alternative verified payment method registered in your name. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ₱100. Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes; however, ezeph does not guarantee processing times and these may be affected by banking system delays, public holidays, or verification requirements.
Withdrawals are only available once full KYC verification has been completed. ezeph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or that are associated with unusual account activity.
An account that has not been accessed for a continuous period of twelve (12) months and carries a positive balance may be classified as dormant. ezeph will make reasonable efforts to contact you prior to classifying an account as dormant. Dormant account fees may apply at a rate not exceeding ₱50 per month after the dormancy threshold is reached.
ezeph does not accept or process cryptocurrency transactions in any form. All financial activity on the Platform is conducted in Philippine Peso through regulated local payment channels.
From time to time, ezeph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives (collectively "Bonuses") to eligible players. All Bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.
Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, all Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds will expire if the wagering requirement is not fulfilled within the stated validity period.
ezeph reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim Bonus funds and any associated winnings where there is evidence of Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses; using third-party software to manipulate play patterns; coordinating with other players to guarantee bonus payouts; or any other conduct that ezeph reasonably determines to be designed to exploit rather than genuinely use Bonus offers.
Games available on the ezeph Platform are provided by certified third-party software providers. Each game is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real-money stakes.
All Random Number Generator (RNG) games are certified by independent testing laboratories and use algorithms that produce statistically random outcomes. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over a statistically significant number of game rounds and do not guarantee outcomes on any individual session or game round.
In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction affecting a game or the Platform, ezeph reserves the right to void all game rounds affected by the malfunction. Where a game round is voided due to a malfunction, the stake placed on that round will be returned to the Player's account balance. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the applicable rule in all such circumstances.
In the event of a disconnection or session interruption during active gameplay, game results will be determined by the state of the game at the time the disconnection occurred, subject to server-side data confirming the outcome. ezeph is not liable for losses arising from Player-side internet connection failures.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ezeph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and permanent ban from the Platform, as well as referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

ezeph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, ezeph reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance, including verified winnings, where such withholding is proportionate to the nature of the breach.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the ezeph support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid out to the player's verified payment method within that period.
All content, software, technology, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and intellectual property available on the ezeph Platform, including but not limited to the ezeph brand name, website design, and game interfaces provided by third-party suppliers, are owned by or licensed to ezeph and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from ezeph.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to ezeph regarding the Platform may be used by ezeph without restriction and without compensation to you.
ezeph collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and Platform use. All personal data is handled in accordance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and ezeph's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By registering an account on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the ezeph Privacy Policy. You may exercise your data rights, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, by contacting the ezeph Data Protection Officer through the support team.
ezeph does not sell, rent, or share player personal data with third-party marketers. Data is shared only with verified payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities where legally required.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ezeph, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ezeph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Gambling involves risk. You accept full responsibility for the decisions you make to wager on the Platform. ezeph does not guarantee winnings and accepts no liability for gambling losses.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute relating to your ezeph account, a transaction, a game outcome, or any other Platform-related matter, you must first contact the ezeph support team via live chat or by email at the address published on the Platform's Contact page. ezeph will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 14 business days.
If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or alternative dispute resolution body with jurisdiction over ezeph's operations. ezeph will cooperate fully with any such external review process.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court of the Philippines where circumstances require.
ezeph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ezeph will:
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.
Minor amendments – such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions that do not alter their substance, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law – may be made without specific advance notice to individual players.
