ezeph will respond to verified data rights requests within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt. Where a request is complex or ezeph receives a large volume of requests simultaneously, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, of which you will be informed. Requests must be submitted with sufficient information to verify your identity before processing can commence.
If you are not satisfied with ezeph's response to a data rights request, or if you believe your personal data has been processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Philippine National Privacy Commission (NPC) at privacy.gov.ph.
Strict Age Restriction. The ezeph Platform is strictly for individuals who are 21 years of age and older. ezeph does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21. The minimum gambling age in the Philippines is 21 years old.
ezeph enforces age verification as a mandatory step during account registration. Accounts for which age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will not be granted access to real-money gaming features.
